This body was all derived from inner consciousness through perception.’
Through gestures and melodies, we all release our emotions, desires, and sensitivity in this place. Through a body that glitters brilliantly and the glistening hues that spread in the background, but still keep it hidden from people's eyes, showing only a small amount of satisfaction.
"Secret Body" explores the mysteries of the body that cannot be discovered by simple looking. We are all in search of the purpose to exist in a society that is fully comprised of obligation, discipline, and consciousness when one life begins. But everyone has hopes and desires that cannot be blocked by this belief as long as we are human beings with diverse and complex sentiments.
This exhibition features photographs that depict the story of the uncovered bodies. To encourage the understanding that the artists who own the body of work are individuals with real stories, just like everyone else, and that their gender status, identity, and expression belong to them.
About the Artist
Jetketkarn Taikaew
A Thai artist graduated from Bangkok University's Department of Photography in the School of Digital Media and Cinematic Arts. Jetketkarn's works mostly emphasized femininity and gender, including the signs and visuals of menstruation.
Jetketkarn discusses the background of the deprivation of female liberty in the photo series "Women". Resulting from the patriarchal values' assessment of the worth of mankind, Even menstrual blood was stigmatized as inferior and required to be kept a secret through both traditions, customs, beliefs, and daily life. Therefore, this piece of work is a journey towards women's physical and mental freedom by conveying the work using menstrual blood as the medium.

Yasinee Saeung
Thai mixed media artist passionate about daily stories. They often create stories by observing and documenting how they feel inside. Yasinee has been working on a long-term project called "Dear Myself" since 2020. It is a personal project made up of paintings, photographs, and archival footage. Yasinee captures their body in the midst of their depression to share the journey of spiritual healing and self-comfort. Yasinee also creates paintings, collages, mixed media art, photographs, and also video performances.
Yasinee works as a freelance illustrator and photographer. Together with regularly participating in art-related projects in Bangkok. Their ambition is to be an artist who supports and evolves Southeast Asia's art society, most especially Thailand.

Phatcharacom Nopacoh
Thai artist based in Chonburi province, before moving to Bangkok to seek their fortune, Phatcharacom is in their final year of the Bachelor's degree at the Department of Fine Arts at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology. Phatcharacom describes themselves as a non-binary, feminist, and left-wing individual who is often interested in political movements, new media art, and punk music.
Phatcharacom takes an interest in social issues regarding human rights in addition to photography. The issue was conveyed through their pieces of articles, interviews, and documentary videos.

Palawat Ngamsa-ard
A Thai visual artist born and raised in Bangkok, studying in the second year at Rangsit University's College of Design in the field of Photographic Arts and Visual Media. Palawat considers themselves as being Non-Binary. They are passionate about photography, political activism, guinea pigs, capybaras, and metal music.
Palawat's photography shares stories about the human body, gender, and flesh. Along with observing things around us, such as people, trees, to street protests, They are able to create a narrative to their photos by using these elements.
